LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp. Butter
½ med. Sized Onion, finely chopped
5 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 pack – 340 gms. Organic Riced Cauliflower
½ cup Mixed Vegetables
2 pcs. Eggs
Salt & pepper
Turmeric Powder
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
On a medium heat, melt some butter;
Add some chopped onions;
Add chopped garlic;
Add the riced cauliflower;
Stir fry until rice is evenly distributed;
Add mixed vegetables;
Stir-fry some more;
Set aside to fry the eggs;
Using the spatula, chop the eggs into small portions;
Mix the egg with the rice;
Add a pinch of salt;
Add turmeric powder to spice up and provide golden hue to the rice;
Sprinkle some ground black pepper;
Add chopped onion rings;
Stir fry some more and make the final mixing;
Serve and match with your choice viand.
